About us

So far it is only me Heiko who represents us. I hope that more people will join soon.

I belong to the baby boomer generation and grew up in Germany in the Ruhr area. After dropping out of secondary school, I trained as an electronics technician and later completed my A-levels at college. I dropped out of a degree in physics and philosophy, my mistake was to open a pub at the same time. I then worked 5 years as a lighting technician in the Starlight Express musical, passed the lighting master exam, after which I emigrated to Spain, where I opened a machine hire, wrote books, learned programming opening my website about spain, for germans, to promote my books. I spent 25 years in Spain.
In 2023, I had cataract surgery in Berlin, I liked Berlin very much and stayed. My mum is from Berlin, I’ve been there a lot all my life, even when I lived in Spain. The summers in Spain got very hot, whereas Berlin is perfect for me – I can’t stand weeks of enormous heat anymore. I’m getting old.

I think I’ve brought a lot of the Spanish mentality with me. In some respects, things are simply better in Spain 😉
I have lived a full life, I realise that. As I get older, I become calmer and more thoughtful.
The current disorder that the world has fallen into worries me. I want to become active and do something.
I hope many people can sympathise with my thoughts and share a part of my vision.

If you want to learn a little about my way of thinking, you can read my posts in Bluesky: https://bsky.app/profile/todoheiko.bsky.social

Of course, critical voices will claim that I’m only interested in making a tidy profit. And they’re not entirely wrong. Yes, I am striving for financial stability – in order to set up a foundation that will do good after my death. As I have no family to bequeath anything to and I won’t live forever, it is my wish to leave a positive legacy to the world.
